□ Original Purchase Tax Invoice/ Receipt (clearly state Haier purchased Air-con model and date of invoice)

□ Original Installation Report/ other official document for of proof delivery and installation

Redemption Method

Submit completed Redemption Form (download here) and other documents per Redemption Checklist for your warranty registration. We shall notify you with a COLLECTION PIN via email once the redemption is approved and ready for collection. Kindly allow 3 business day for us to respond to you upon submission.

Terms & Conditions

1. Free gifts are strictly while stocks last and not exchangeable for cash or other items.

2. Free gift promotion is for residential buyers only. Not applicable for equipment installed for commercial/project.

3. Sumber reserves the right to change the promotion and free gift(s) without prior notice.

4. Sumber reserves the right to reject any submitted claim that does not adhere to the process and requirements stated above.

5. Redemption of free gift can only be done at the Redemption Centre with a valid COLLECTION PIN given by Sumber. Request for delivery will not be allowed.

6. No extension of redemption date will be entertained.

 7. Redemption is not allowed by retailers/promoters on behalf of Purchasers.
