Privacy Agreement

This Privacy Agreement sets out the basis how Sumber Co. Pte Ltd may collect, use, disclose or otherwise process personal data of our customers in compliance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”). We encourage you to read the Agreement, which will be updated from time to time, so that you know and understand the purpose.

“Personal Data” refers to data about an individual who can be identified from that data, or from that data and other information which the organisation has or is likely to have access.

By signing up for or using any products, services or campaigns offered by Sumber Co. Pte Ltd or submitting information or otherwise communicating with Sumber Co. Pte Ltd, you agree and consent Sumber Co. Pte Ltd and our related entities, affiliates and subsidiaries (individually and collectively, “Companies”), as well as their respective representatives and/or agents (collectively referred to herein as “Sumber Co. Pte Ltd”, “us”, “we” or “our”) collecting, using and disclosing your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. “You” or “your” means any individual to whom the Act applies and includes an individual actual or prospective customer but excludes any corporate entity (including corporate customers) and any other entity that is excluded under the Act. The Privacy Policy does not supersede or replace any other consents you may have previously or separately provided to us in respect of your Personal Data and your consent to this Privacy Policy is in addition to any other rights which any of the Companies may have at law to collect, use or disclose your Personal Data.

1. Personal Information Collection

a. Personal Data may be collected from you in one or more of the following ways:
i. when you order or purchase products or services from us;
ii. when you register for warranty for a product you purchase;
iii. when you sign up to our promotions, campaigns or join our events;
iv. when you visit our website;
v. when we receive references from business partners and 3rd parties;
vi. when you submit your Personal Data to us for any other reasons;and/or
vii. when we collect your Personal Data by other lawful means.

b. You voluntarily submit your personal data which you disclose to us, our authorised agent or the Platform is accurate and complete. You must keep up-to-date and inform us of changes (please see below for more details). We reserve the right to request for documentation to verify the information provided by you.
c. If you provide personal information to any third party to us, we assume that you have obtained the required consent from the relevant third party to share and transfer his/her personal information to us.
d. If you sign up with Sumber Co. Pte Ltd using your social media account or link your Sumber Co. Ptd Ltd account to your social media account or use certain other Sumber Co. Pte Ltd social media features, we may access information about you which you have voluntarily provided under your social media provider in accordance with the provider’s policies and we will manage your personal data which we have collected in accordance with Sumber Co. Pte Ltd’s privacy policy.

2. Collection, Use and Disclosure of Personal Data

a. We generally do not collect your personal data unless (a) it is provided to us voluntarily by you directly or via a third party who have been duly authorised by you to disclose your personal data to us (your “authorised representative”) after (i) you (or your authorised representative) have been notified of the purposes for which the data is collected, and (ii) you (or your authorised representative) have provided written consent to the collection and usage of your personal data for those purposes, or (b) collection and use of personal data without consent permitted or required by the PDPA or other laws. We shall seek your consent before collecting any additional personal data and before using your personal data for a purpose which has not been notified by you (except where permitted or authorised by law).
b. We may collect and use your personal data for any or all the following purposes:
i. to verify your identity;
ii. responding to, handling, and processing queries, requests, applications, complaints and feedback from you;
iii. to offer our services and products according to the contract we enter into;
iv. to offer other services you request according to the requirements stated during data collection;
v. sending you marketing information about our products and/or services including notifying you of our marketing events, initiatives and promotion, lucky draws, member and rewards schemes and other promotions;
vi. to conduct internal audit, data analysis or research to the end of improving our products and services through evaluating our efficiency;
vii. complying with any applicable laws, regulations, codes of practice, guidelines, or rules, or to assist in law enforcement and investigations conducted by any governmental and/or regulatory authority;
viii. any other incidental business purpose related to or in connection with the above.
c. We may disclose your personal data:
i. where such disclosure is required for performing obligations in the course of or in connection with our provision of the products or services requested by you;or
ii. to third party service providers, agents and other organisations we have engaged to perform of the functions listed in clause 2 above for us.
d. Your consent for providing us your personal information constitutes the legal foundation to handle your information. It is therefore necessary for you to agree with our Terms of Service Agreement and Privacy Agreement for our agreement to be formulated and performed and our legal rights and interests to be protected. You have the right to choose whether to provide the relevant data. We may not be able to undertake part or all of the obligations according to the service terms or provide our services without some of your information. 3. Withdrawal of Consent

a. The consent that you provide for the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data will remain valid until such time it is being withdrawn by you in writing at any time by contacting us at our e-mail address below.
b. Whilst we respect your decision to withdraw your consent, please note that depending on the nature and scope of your request, we may not be in a position to continue providing our products or services to your or perform on any contract we have with you. Our legal rights and remedies are expressly reserved in such event.
c. Upon receipt of your written request to withdraw your consent, we may require reasonable time (depending on the complexity of the request and its impact on our relationship with you) for your request to be processed and for us to notify you of the consequences of us acceding to the same, including any legal consequences which may affect your rights and liabilities to us.

4. Updating Your Personal Information

a. You may update your personal information any time by contacting us at our e-mail address below.
b. We take steps to share the updates to your personal information with our related entities, affiliates and subsidiaries with whom we have shared your personal information if your personal information is still necessary for the above stated purposes.

5. Accessing and Correction of Your Personal Information

a. If you wish to make (a) an access request about the ways in which your personal information has been or may have been used or disclosed by Haier Singapore, or (b) a correction request to correct or update any of your personal data which we hold about you, please contact us at our e-mail address below. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee for retrieving your personal information records.
b. Sumber Co. Pte Ltd will endeavour to ensure that all information collected will be safely and securely stored. We protect your personal information by:
i. Restricting access to personal information;
ii. Securely destroying all personal information when it is no longer needed for any legal or business purpose.

6. Collection of Computer Data

a. Sumber Co. Pte Ltd or our authorized service providers may use cookies, web beacons, and other similar technologies for storing information to help provide you with a better, faster, safer and personalized experience when you use the Services and/or access the Site.
b. When you visit the Site, we will automatically record information that your browser sends whenever your visit a website. This data may include:
i. Your computer’s IP address;
ii. Browser type;
iii. Webpage you were visiting before you came to our Site;
iv. The pages within the Site which you have visited;
v. The time spent on those pages, items and information searched for on the Site, access times and dates, and other statistics;
vi. This information is collected for the purpose of analysis and evaluation in order to help us improve our website and the products and services we provide.

c. Cookies are small text files (typically made up of letters and numbers) placed in the memory of your browser or device when you visit a website or view a message. Cookies allow us to recognize a particular device or browser and help u to personalize the content to match your preferred interests more quickly, and to make our Services and Site more convenient and useful to you. d. Web beacons are small graphic images that may be included on our Service and the Site. They allow us to count users who have viewed these pages so that we can better understand your preference and interests.

7. Transfers of Personal Data Outside of Singapore

a. We generally do not transfer your personal data to countries outside of Singapore. However, if we do so, we will obtain your consent the transfer to be made and we will take steps to ensure that your personal data continues to receive a standard of protection that is at least comparable to that provided under the PDPA.

8. Spam, Spyware and Virus

a. Spam, spyware or virus are not allowed on the Site. Please set and maintain your communication preferences so that we may try to send communications as per your preference. 9. General

a. Sumber Co. Pte Ltd may review and revise the Privacy Policy from time to time without prior notice. You may determine if any such revision has taken place by referring to the date on which this Policy was last updated.
b. This Policy applies in conjunction with any other policies, contractual clauses and consent clauses that apply in relation to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data by us.
